Whether it is organizing and meticulously analyzing data as part of a comprehensive student housing market study, or overseeing a detailed furniture replacement project, I approach each endeavor with a diverse array of organizational tools at my disposal. My extensive years of experience managing a wide variety of projects within the higher education sector have taught me the importance of being both flexible and adaptable. However, I always strive to plan for all foreseeable contingencies and to employ creative strategies when faced with problem-solving challenges. In addition, I bring strong presentation and effective focus group facilitation skills gained from leading numerous training sessions and workshops in Residence Life, complemented by years spent engaging with students in front of the classroom. I understand that taking the time to thoroughly listen to client needs and translating those requirements into the end product that they truly desire can often be an iterative process. Fortunately, I possess keen listening skills, as well as strong written and oral communication abilities, making this process more effective and collaborative.
